Amr Elkenawy has joined EDI team in January 2021, mainly involved in projects related to Smart and Connected Mobility and Internet of Things. He had obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Power Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University in Egypt, Master’s degrees in Electrical Sciences from Riga Technical University and currently pursuing his PhD studies at the University of Latvia. After submitting his thesis work in Sensor fusion within Erasmus+ programme at Graz University of Technology (TUG), he completed the Self-Driving Car Engineer nanodegree program from Udacity,
Research interests – sensor fusion, ego-vehicle localization.
