Researcher Artis Mednis works in EDI from 2010 with a break from 2015 to 2019. In 2013 he graduated from the University of Latvia (Riga, Latvia), where he obtained a PhD in Computer Science (Dr. sc. comp.). Participated in 5 ESF, ERDF and TNP research projects. Author of more than 20 scientific articles. Research interests relate to interdisciplinary applications of cyber-physical systems, embedded systems and wireless sensor networks.
