EDI scientists Aleksandrs Levinskis and Anatolijs Zencovs are participating in the final demonstrations of the COV-CLEAN project outcome what is taking place at RTU. During the demonstration, the technologies developed within the project were shown and also tested in real usage conditions. Validation was performed according to the key performance indicators (KPIs) defined at the beginning of the project. EDI within WP4, had developed a machine vision system for mobile disinfection robot, which was integrated with the RTU mobile platform and disinfection equipment developed by RTA. The machine vision system is able to recognize tactile objects for more purposeful indoor disinfection.
