Institute of Electronics and computer science has joined VEFRESH Innovation movement. The new movement aims to redevelop VEF district as an innovation sandbox where corporations, start ups and public sector can prototype and test their latest solutions in public space. VEFRESH has also set out to transform this location as a dynamic environment with a lively culture, innovation and education event programme.
VEFRESH pioneers are Accenture, Jaunā Teika, Pillar, VEF kultūra pils un Latvijas Mobilais Telefons. And now Institute of Electronics and computer science has joined VEFRESH as a associate member. On July 1st EDI was attending opening event of the first mobility point in Latvia, where EDI together with LMT installed first sensors to collect various data.
