From August 1st to 2nd, 2023, Deputy Director of Development and Senior Researcher Dr. Kaspars Ozols of the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI) is participating in the Horizon Europe KDT-JU “Digitalization of Power Electronic Applications within Key Technology Value Chains (PowerizeD)” project steering board meeting in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
During the meeting project partners from nine countries discuss project implementation aspects, network and take decisions necessary for successful project realization.
In addition, Dr. Ozols, as a risk management task leader, presents the current status of project risks and discusses mitigation strategies.
One of the highlights of the meeting is an exchange visit to the Lighting Application Center, where the latest professional indoor lighting developments and insights are demonstrated live and in real-time.The impressive light show and the special decorated theme rooms are what make the LAC centre so unique.
Also, an tour to the Signify Electromagnetic Compatibility & Wireless Connectivity lab has happened.
