Applications for the alienation of intellectual property rights must be submitted to the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science, Dzerbenes Street 14, Riga, LV-1006, Directorate on the 2nd floor, during the business days between 08:30 and 17:00, in a sealed envelope with the indication: “Application for a written auction for the alienation of intellectual property rights to technology “UPIRS ”” until 13:00, April 23rd, 2021. Alternatively, the application can be submitted in the form of an electronic document that is signed with a secure electronic signature before April 23rd, 2021 at 13:00 by sending it to the e-mail address info@edi.lv between 13:01 and 15:00 on the April 23rd, 2021.

The starting price of the intellectual property auction is 257 000.00 EUR, excluding value added tax.
The winning application will be the one with the highest offered price.
