On May 22nd and 23rd, 2024, Dr. sc. ing. Kaspars Ozols, Deputy Director of Development and Senior Researcher at the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI), actively engaged in a face-to-face meeting for the Horizon Europe ECSEL-JU project titled “Automotive Intelligence for Connected Shared Mobility” (AI4CSM). This gathering served as a platform for comprehensive discussions on the project’s most recent research findings and its final demonstrators, including EDI’s developed AI-based, near field, high resolution 360-degree perception system.
