On December 2nd, 2021, Deputy Director for Development of the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI) and Leading Researcher of the Robotics and Machine Perception Laboratory Dr. Kaspars Ozols during the “EIT Urban Mobility Winter School – Challenges of future mobility” gives an invited speech about EDI experience in connected and automated driving.
Winter school offers a unique opportunity for students to improve their entrepreneurship skills and expand their knowledge in the field of urban mobility. The school will be composed of five different segments/days, where students from different study fields, will learn more about the opportunities within the EIT Urban Mobility – Academy, fundamental steps they have to be aware of when formulating their business idea as well as research progress in the field of air quality in urban areas, natural solutions as well as the importance of the human factor in connection with driving patterns and traffic simulations.
